Each machine cluster includes: 2 Okuma LCS-25-AW-R CNC lathes, 1 Fanuc α-T14iE hole processing machine and 1 Fanuc M-710ic/40 gripper robot.
2- The rim from the casting machine will go through cold processing, checking for deviations, engraving codes... These stages are automated by an Intech conveyor system controlled by PLC.
3- Some sub-stages still use support workers. However, the degree of automation still accounts for 98%.
4- The closed conveyor system helps to transport the lazang and bring the sieve back to the level position.

3- Seamless free roller: (03 sets)
In addition, the system also includes:
4- Cluster Stoper: (40 sets)

6- RFID code reader (10 sets), sensor, PLC, control cabinet, operation screen...
