Mr. Hoang Huu Thang was born in 1983, the eldest of three children in a mountainous district of Luc Nam, Bac Giang province.

Having gone through a poor and difficult childhood, he had to work hard from an early age, which tempered and honed his vitality, strong will and nurtured his aspirations and ambitions big enough to make him successful later on.
As a child, he had to do a lot of housework, farm work to help his parents, catch shrimp, catch prawns,... in secondary school, he had to wake up at midnight to cycle 20km across hills and forest roads to sell vegetables with his mother,... These early experiences created a person with a mature mindset and thinking big before his age
He always thought that he had to try his best to avoid regrets and he had a philosophy of life "Born once, live once, so I will live so that I can say at least two words "if only", so that I can be at peace and have peace of mind".

GO THROUGH THE BUMPY

By perseverance with will and determination.

He always thought that "studying is the only way to change your life", so even after failing the university entrance exam 5 times, which exhausted his mind, there were times when he thought he would collapse and give up, he was not discouraged. Although it was not the school he pursued and expected, he then persevered to study at Hanoi University of Industry.

At this time, in order to survive, he did not hesitate to do any job to support his life and learn: from working in marketing, restaurants, selling lottery results, to tutoring,... he never took a day off on drizzly, windy days, that was discipline in work.

This was the stepping stone to accumulate knowledge, practical experience, sowing the seeds for ambitions and success in the future.

With the fire of will passed down from his father (a war veteran) along with his independent, self-reliant personality and early struggles, he overcame the challenges at this stage to realize his ambitions.

Always awake

Like many other students, Mr. Hoang Huu Thang graduated and decided to try his hand at different career environments: 2 months as a mechanical sales staff and 3 years in the consumer sector. From here, he revealed his leadership qualities and affirmed his ability with the spirit of trying his best, doing everything to the end.

During those days, although he always achieved impressive results at work, there was always an ambition in him, he wanted to do something to escape poverty, to assert himself and to satisfy the expectations of his beloved parents back home.

START A BUSINESS FROM 4 NO'S

With a vision for the future of the country's industrialization and modernization trends, the potential for precision mechanics, conveyor systems, conveyor belts, automation solutions in industry and high technology. Although he did not have any experience and knowledge in the industry, but with his will, determination and determination, he searched for information on the Internet and decided to open a business with the mindset of "having nothing to lose" and determination to do it!

The company was founded in the final years of the economic crisis, creating a vortex of both instability and opportunity.

Because he had no money to rent an office, he founded the company in a rented house. Also because he had no money to hire staff in the early stages, he did everything himself, often working 16~20 hours a day without getting tired.

He learned while working, whatever he lacked, he learned there and combined with a sharp mindset, he gradually found a direction, a way of doing things and a strategy suitable to the situation, suitable to what he had, which helped him gradually overcome difficulties to reach initial success.

On this first journey, he also experienced many difficulties, it was soaked with sweat, tears, loneliness and mental exhaustion, but with a strong enough determination, a constant ambition helped him always be confident on the path he had chosen.

From the first order of several million VND, but with the mindset of building trust, customer relationships from the key: sincerity, dedicated service towards the customer's benefit, putting "trust" first, he has gradually developed the company, built stable finances. But that is not all he aims for!

In addition, CEO Hoang Huu Thang also traveled to many places, to many advanced countries in the world such as Japan, Singapore, Germany, China, Thailand, ... to learn and find the right direction.

Intech's products surprised customers, many partners when visiting the factory and seeing the thorough investment of the business, they did not believe that this was a Vietnamese company, that the product was made by Vietnamese people. All of this shows an aspiration to prove the spirit: "Vietnam can do". Since then, the Intech ecosystem has been clearly defined and is increasingly developing to new heights.

Up to now, Intech Group has transformed from a startup company mainly focusing on Mechanical Engineering to a leading corporation in Vietnam, operating a product ecosystem in the fields of Precision Engineering, Automation and Technology, creating trust from both domestic and foreign customers. This makes him believe in the future, the journey he chooses is a journey without end.

Sharing the same view with many famous businessmen that "wherever a country's products go, so do the borders and culture of that country", so he has an aspiration to bring his products far out into the world.

Born into poverty and being crushed by society many times, I still stood up, tried to overcome difficulties to rise up, assert myself and reach success.

I think, I have done things that I thought were impossible before, so if you have not achieved your goals, you can absolutely do it.

To achieve the success I have today, in addition to my own efforts, I also received energy from my parents, family, relatives, friends and the world. To repay those favors, I decided to pursue the path of inspiration and motivation, sharing the values I have with the community and society.

In addition, the knowledge and values that have helped me succeed, if I keep them to myself, I may be a bit selfish. So is there any way for me to share them with the community and society? Is there any way for me to inspire, motivate and share values with the community?

Those are the reasons why I pursue the journey of inspiring and sharing values with the community and society.

On this journey, I know there will be many obstacles and challenges, but with all my love and responsibility, I will strive to overcome them. I also hope to receive everyone's support, encouragement and companionship on this journey..
