He has 12 years of experience working for a large Japanese corporation. He has studied, researched and acquired knowledge of expertise, management and professional working style in the field of machinery design and manufacturing. He has been involved with Intech Group since mid-2018, together with the Chairman of the Board of Directors to establish Mikyo Packaging Machinery Joint Stock Company. Under his leadership and management, Mikyo has made breakthrough developments and achieved its current position; He has built Mikyo with headquarters in Hanoi and 1 branch in Ho Chi Minh City, with a wide brand coverage across the country.

Mr. Luong Nhu Cuong graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Hanoi University of Industry.

Mr. Ha Van Quy is currently holding the position of Director of Intech Mechanical Engineering from 2024 to present. He is one of the experienced experts in the field of mechanics and automation, having participated in managing and implementing many large-scale projects in the manufacturing industry.

With strategic thinking, long-term technology orientation and a spirit of continuous innovation, Mr. Ha Van Quy has played an important role in building and developing Intech Mechanical Engineering to become a pioneer in manufacturing, processing and integrating precision mechanical solutions - automation in Vietnam.

Under his leadership, Intech Mechanical Engineering not only improves production capacity but also gradually transforms towards industry 4.0, strongly applying new technologies to management and manufacturing processes, contributing to raising the level of Vietnamese brands in the domestic and international markets.

Mr. Phan Van Hoa was born and raised in a farming family in a poor rural area in Luc Nam, Bac Giang. With a strong will and an effort to overcome his fate, in 2002 he was admitted to the prestigious Hanoi University of Science and Technology, which was also a turning point marking his later successes.

After graduating from university, he participated in leading construction projects in the Oil and Gas industry in Vietnam such as: Dung Quat Oil Refinery, Nghi Son Oil Refinery, building the new Tam Dao 3 oil rig (the first oil rig built in Vietnam), building the new PVD V and PVD VI rigs in Singapore, participating in research projects on special equipment for the drilling industry in Vietnam.

In 2018, he fell in love and joined Intech and together with Chairman Hoang Huu Thang, built Intech in Ho Chi Minh City from the beginning with 8 employees with a factory area of ​​only 350m2. Currently, Intech Ho Chi Minh City has over 50 employees and is located at Lot B, Road 2A, Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City with a spacious and spacious factory of 2000m2. Designing and manufacturing many modern machines and equipment, supplying to large customers in the Southern region.

He is currently the Director of Intech Ho Chi Minh City branch, a simple, gentle person and very dedicated to all employees, loved by everyone.

He is the Director of Intech Vietnam Green Energy Development Joint Stock Company (Intech Energy).

He has many years of management and training experience at famous companies including: Agricultural Machinery Research and Design Institute, Song Hong Commercial Technology Company Limited, Binh Minh Commercial Technology Company Limited. With the dream of creating a green life, he and his team constantly research and find creative solutions to save energy, use green, clean energy that is friendly to the environment and is practically applied in daily life. Under his leadership and management, Intech Energy has made breakthrough developments and achieved its current position.

Mr. Tran Van Nhon is a Mechatronics Engineer, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

He is the Technical Director - Technology of Intech Group, Director of Intech Group R&D Center.

He is a management and technical expert, with many years of experience in companies in the fields of Mechanics, Automation... He joined Intech in early 2017, during the transition period from simple products such as conveyors, rollers, shelves to the modern Intech model with automation solutions in industry and logistics such as classification systems, smart warehouses, palletizers, AGVs,... He is an important factor helping Intech successfully transform this model.

Mr. Vu Dinh Toi is a Mechanical Engineer, majoring in Electromechanics, Hung Yen University of Technical Education.
