The carton loading robot system (robot palletizing system) is a solution to automate the process of stacking cartons on pallets or conveyor belts in warehouses and factories. This is an important part of the modern supply and production chain, helping to reduce manual labor, increase efficiency and accuracy in handling goods.

Project specifications:

  • Using 03 Kuka Robots with a load of 180kg

  • Pallet size 1000x1200mm, maximum load of 1 ton

  • Robot picks up 2 cartons. Automatically changes according to the carton models.

  • Maximum output of 2000 cartons/hour/robot

  • Automatic pallet feeder, automatic pallet wrapping machine, automatic pallet labeling machine.

  • Automatic pallet feeder, automatic pallet wrapping machine, automatic pallet labeling machine.

  • QLSX software connects to SAP system: production statistics by model, by shift, by day, month, year...
