Step 1: Prepare raw materials

Step 2: Cook rice

After the rice has cooled to about 30 - 32°C, sprinkle yeast evenly on the surface. The temperature at this time must be suitable, not too cold or too hot for the yeast to work best.

Step 4: Fermentation and incubation of rice

The rice mixed with yeast is incubated in a cold storage at a temperature of 20 - 25°C. This is the most important stage in the wine production line, affecting the quality of the finished wine.
