Intech applies improvement tools such as: TPM to improve machine performance; JIT to improve factory performance; LEAN to reduce waste. From there, the cost is reduced by 10% to compete with the Chinese giant.
From the improvements that Intech has achieved, sample batches have been sent to Japan and have been highly appreciated by the partner. The Japanese partner continues to test on their specialized machines to evaluate the quality many times.
