Product warranty is: fixing errors, technical problems caused by the manufacturer's fault.
A. Warranty regulations
- The product is warranted free of charge if the product is still under warranty from the date of delivery, the product is warranted within the warranty period stated on the Warranty Book, Warranty Stamp and according to the company's regulations.
- There is a Warranty Card and Warranty Stamp of the company on the product. In case the product does not have a serial number stated on the Warranty Card, there must be a Warranty Stamp of Intech Vietnam Company (including the original Warranty Stamp).
B. Cases not covered by warranty
- The product has expired the warranty period or the Warranty Card is lost.
- The barcode number, serial number on the product cannot be identified or is incorrect compared to the Warranty Card.
- Unauthorized disassembly or repair by individuals or technicians who are not employees of Intech Vietnam Company
- Products that are burned, exploded or damaged due to mechanical impact, deformation, falling, breaking, impact, scratches, damage due to moisture, rust, water leakage, animal intrusion, natural disasters, fire, incorrect voltage usage
