In addition, to achieve the goal of sustainable development, the Board of Directors has given some key instructions to the new Head of Engineering, Mr. Nguyen Danh Nhat. Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Danh Nhat needs to strengthen his direction in design work, closely monitor work progress and pay special attention to improving the work efficiency of low-productivity members. The Board of Directors emphasized the need to frankly assess the shortcomings and weaknesses and propose timely solutions.
