Continuing the program, representatives of Intech employees stepped onto the stage to present fresh bouquets of flowers to the Leadership as a congratulatory wish and deep gratitude from the entire team. This is a heartfelt tribute to those who have been pioneering, leading, inspiring, and accompanying Intech Group on its journey to create sustainable values.

In particular, the reading activity “Messages from the Heart” brought emotional moments as sincere messages from employees were shared directly. Each card was a thank-you note and a warm wish, expressing deep appreciation for the Leadership's vision and guidance throughout the Group's development journey.

Uniting the Team, Looking Ahead to the New Journey

Following the opening toast ritual, the program continued with networking activities and musical performances performed by Intech members themselves. The enthusiastic participation of employees brought a vibrant atmosphere, creating opportunities for everyone to share, exchange, and connect beyond daily work tasks.

Entrepreneurs' Day 2026 was also an occasion for the Intech team to reflect on the role of each individual in the shared growth journey. The Leadership's guidance, along with the team's sense of responsibility and unity, are crucial elements for the Group to continue executing its set targets.
