Operating principle of bottled water production line
The entire operating process consists of 4 main systems: water pretreatment, RO filtration, UV/Ozone sterilization, and bottling. Specifically as follows:
Phase 1: Water pretreatment system
This stage plays a role in removing coarse impurities, dirt, heavy metals and some toxic chemicals in the input water. Depending on the water source (contaminated with alum, limestone, odorous...), the system uses suitable filter materials such as activated carbon, gravel, quartz sand, ion exchange resin to: deodorize and color water, minimize sedimentation.
Stage 2: RO (Reverse Osmosis) filtration system
After the first stage of treatment, water is pushed through a super-small RO filter membrane with a filter pore size of only 0.0001 micron. This stage helps remove up to 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, dissolved impurities and heavy metals. This is the step that determines the quality of the finished water, ensuring that it meets the standards for direct drinking water according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health.
Stage 3: UV and Ozone sterilization system
Even though it is purified, water can still be re-contaminated in the production environment. Therefore, the system uses UV sterilization lamps and Ozone generators to sterilize water before bottling. This process ensures that the water source is completely sterile and absolutely safe for consumers' health.
Stage 4: Filling and bottling system
At the final stage, the water is transferred to a semi-automatic or automatic filling system. The process includes: Washing the bottle/bottle with clean water or Ozone - Filling water into 20 liter bottles or 500ml, 1.5L bottles..., - Closing the lid, labeling, checking the finished product.
