The writing contest “Overcoming Fate” co-organized by Thanh Nien Magazine, Academy of Journalism and Communication and the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Vietnam has gone through 8 successful seasons and has become an activity with profound social significance. The contest is a journey of thousands of real stories - where people who have suffered many disadvantages still resiliently rise up, take control of their lives and light up their belief in the willpower of the Vietnamese people.
