The content of the Platform was chaired, built, and compiled by Mr. Hoang Huu Thang – Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Intech Group, distilled from the real ups and downs in the factory workshops, management thinking, and business philosophy accumulated throughout the entrepreneurial journey.

The theme “Real Action – Real Value” was chosen as the overarching spirit of the ceremony and Intech's entire development strategy. This is a strong commitment ensuring that the Platform does not remain merely a cultural document on paper, but becomes the living breath in every daily task.

This spirit places absolute focus on output efficiency and transparency:

• Standardize processes, controlling errors right from the very first stage.

• Listen to "the cry of the product", optimize time and costs, and enhance customer service quality.

• Resolutely eliminate waste, proactively practice Kaizen, and take responsibility to the end for promises made.

Right at the event, the “365 Days of Practical Action” campaign was officially activated – launching an action framework for every department and factory workshop to bring the Platform into practice through specific daily key performance indicators.

Sacred Ritual: Touching the activation points and Signing the action commitment

The climax of the program was the Ritual of Touching Hands to activate the Platform on the 3D LED screen. 8 key representatives from the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, representatives of Engineers, Production Workers, and Member Companies together placed their hands on energy touchpoints, officially opening the Group's Platform page amid enthusiastic applause from the entire hall.

Following the announcement ceremony was the Signing Ceremony for the “365 Days of Practical Action” commitment. All staff in the auditorium and across remote sites simultaneously signed their personal commitments, establishing the determination to turn every clause of the Platform into tangible workplace results.

The event atmosphere continued to heat up with the open discussion session titled “Applied Platform”. Here, the Leadership and staff engaged in candid dialogue on practical scenarios: from cross-departmental coordination, a transparent mindset with customers, to solutions for removing process bottlenecks to optimize labor productivity.
