- Seller's obligations:
+ Advise and guide all information related to the product so that buyers understand and can use the service.
+ Provide full products to buyers on time and in quantity after the buyer has fully paid the seller.
+ Support buyers in resolving complaints, questions and difficulties during the use of the product.
+ Provide documents related to the buyer's payment to the seller such as receipts, invoices, etc. with the total amount that the buyer has ordered in the month as requested.
- Buyer's obligations:
+ Correctly implement the procedures and regulations related to the service as prescribed by the seller.
+ Pay the seller the full amount according to the order with the documents and invoices as prescribed (if any).
+ Support and provide full information to the seller related to the transactions when requested by the seller.
