WORKING PRINCIPLES:
- Workers feed cartons to the top of the gripper conveyor
- The barrel is rolled from the bottom to the top of the upper conveyor
- Two import conveyors will merge the carton into one and move towards the Parking area
- The Gripper conveyor will bring the goods from above to the bottom and enter the picking robot area
- When going through the Barcode reader, the carton will be divided into 2 different conveyors
- At the end of the conveyor, the robot will pick up the cartons on the predefined pallet
- Cum pallet dispenser will automatically supply pallets to Robots
- When the pallets are full, the forklift truck will come in and pick up the full pallets. In addition, when the pallets on the dispenser are almost empty, the workers use the forrklift to supply empty pallets.
